Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the development team to conceptualize and design game mechanics, features, and systems.

  • Create and document detailed game design documents, including game rules, level designs, and character/asset specifications.

  • Design and balance gameplay progression, challenges, and rewards to ensure an enjoyable player experience.

  • Develop and iterate on game prototypes, incorporating feedback from the team to refine gameplay mechanics.

  • Collaborate with artists and sound designers to enhance the overall game experience through visual and audio elements.

  • Playtest and analyze games to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor analysis to contribute innovative ideas and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Strong passion for games and a deep understanding of various game genres and mechanics.

  • Proven experience as a Game Designer, with at least [X] years in the industry.

  • Proficiency in game design tools and software (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, or similar).
